Ever since the update happened I can’t use the Find My Phone feature. Is this happening with anyone else or is it just not working?

I’ve had no AC and the unit is leaking water. Been here for a while but they normally respond pretty fast to stuff. What’s the latest someone has gotten maintenance? Like after 5? Is there hope or am I sleeping in 86° again?
