1991 f150 xlt lariat 4.9L inline 6 automatic

Need help diagnosing this sound

After about a year of being dead it turned over last week and ran for about 60 seconds before dying

Now it makes this sound when cranked

Flywheel still turns by hand

New oil + filter

New coolant

New solenoid

If any info can help diagnose plz lmk and I will update post
