Brand new CANVAS

I just installed the CANVAS system onto my CC1 and I've noticed it has a lot of trouble with loading and unloading filament (they'll either get stuck, won't move, or keep clicking from the gears) has anyone else experienced this? I've tried multi color prints multiple times, and all of them had failed at the first color change. Anything is helpful, thanks!

I just bought my first anycubic Kobra s1 combo the other day, I've tried printing a few things with elegoo petg pro, and I'm having a few small issues with adhesion, but other than that is there anything I should know about this printer or if I should use a sliver other than orca. Thanks all!
