Usopp gets taken by the world government. The Straw Hats go to save their friend. The 5 elders surround Luffy with nowhere to go they capture him. Soon Zoro and Sanji are captured. Then Jinbe, Nami, chopper and Brook are taken. And they threaten Frankie there going to kil them if he doesn't go quietly. Robin sees what happened and gives up. Usopp sees all his friends being taken then snaps. And powerful conqueror's haki engulfs the island. Ussop lives up to his name. We see a flashback. Of Usopp being born, his true name revealed the D lives in him. Ussop Haki concerns the 5 Elders. But then Shanks comes to save Luffy for the last time. The Straw Hats escape and head to Laugh Tale. Usopp becomes a powerful member using his conqueror's haki with his Kuro Kabuto. Becoming the true God Usopp.

Being able to manipulate space and a certain area on paper sounds broken. Even though most devil fruit users can beat Law, on paper this is the most overpowered.

#2 Bara Bara no mi

Known as the Chop Chop fruit current user Buggy the clown, this fruit is unstoppable. Let me explain if Buggy awakened this Fruit he could split into millions of atoms. Being invisible to the naked eye and able to go into someone lung and suffocate them, also buggy could travel though other atoms. also, if he transformed, he split anything he touches. Manipulating everything that has atoms. And by splitting just 1000 atoms will make a nuclear explosion that if they survive the explosion the radiation will kill them. Only buggy could survive. Also, can manipulate atoms in people to control them. Making this fruit the most overpowered devil fruit, being able to take on the sun god and winning.

#3 Hito Hito No Mi model Nika

Thes mythical Zoan allows the user to get the sun god properties. Getting the power of the toon verse. And not confirmed but gear 6 could turn Luffy into Nika himself. With this power could take on the world government and win.

#4 Zushi Zushi No Mi

This fruit can manipulate gravity itself. If it was awakened, it could be like the Gura Gura No Mi have the power to destroy the earth. But awakened it can push people into the ground with a powerful force of gravity it crushes them to a pile of flesh and bones. It could also rip them in half of having to forces of gravity push two different ways and end up like a kit kat.

#5 Bari Bari No Mi

Like Bartolomeo said awakening could make the barriers unbreakable. So, you could split people in half by placing a barrier in them. Destroying their brain or vital organs. Or you could do the same thing the Zushi Zushi does squashing them till there unrecognizable.

#6 Ito Ito No Mi

This devil fruit was powerful until Doflamingo got his hands on it. He could control people, make clones of himself out of string, and even spiderman on clouds. Making a simple fruit to a monster.

#7 Goro Goro No mi

This devil fruit is broken. Enel was only defeated by Luffy because he is made of rubber. The only weakness. He is able to dash faster than light, summon lightning bolts than makes the sun look like an ant, and if there is any metal around your cooked. Metal is a conductor if you had a metal chain you better beg for mercy for a quick death. But how did Pagaya survive El Thor?

#8 Pika Pika no Mi

The light fruit allows you to become light and travel at light speed. The only weakness is if you block the attack it doesn't work. Like how Silver Rayleigh did at Sabaody. you can project light at high speeds making this fruit the 2 best logia.

#9 Yami Yami No Mi

You might be thinking how is this worst the Pika Pika No Mi whelp, The weakness of darkness is light. Black beard can't do anything if Kizaru uses his light to stop the darkness. Like how lightning doesn't work on rubber. Darkness can't work on light. To be honest this fruit is mid, Black beard is carried by this fruit and the Gura Gura No Mi. we have seen he can't take a hit. But the power to nullify devil fruit power is kind of OP. And can absorb attacks and other devil fruits.

#10 Hie Hie No Mi

This logia allows you to freeze everything the ocean, people, and you. This thing has the power to freeze the ocean one of the only weaknesses devil fruit users have. Aokiji rode a bicycle on the ocean. You could freeze your enemies and easily break off their limbs. And why magma or flame isn't here is because they have limits, unlike the Hie Hie No Mi.

#11 Nikyu Nikyu No Mi

This fruit makes you able to repel anything pain, air, or even fire. If you awakened this fruit someone could hit, you hard but it into a paw and 10-fold the damage into an Ursa Shock. Destroying everything in your path.

#12 Uo Uo No Mi model Azure Dragon

The ability to transformed to a dragon or dragon hybrid not only boost your attacks, but you defense triples. You could summon clouds to fly on, shoot intense fire breath, and become a giant lizard.

#13 Tori Tori No Mi model Phoenix

This fruit gives you the power of regeneration. Have blue flames and turn into the legendary phoenix. Having top speeds this fruit is one of a kind.

#14 Gura Gura No Mi

Edward Newgate Became the most powerful pirate even in old age with this fruit. It gave him the power to summon tsunamis and powerful shockwaves. If it wasn't for his old age and that fact he was dying, Marineford would have been different.

#15 Toshi Toshi No Mi

The fruit speaks for itself; you can win any fight. If you transformed, you opponent to a child or grandpa.

This list is how powerful the devil fruits are on paper. I know someone with the Nika fruit can beat someone with the Ope fruit. Japanese version coming soon, will make a manga of buggy awakening his fruit and using it to bully people
