Since coming back to the UK from Beijing, I’ve lost 5kg—seems there’s nothing tasty here unless I cook! Today, I made pineapple chicken wings. I used fresh pineapple to marinate them, as the enzymes tenderise the meat and add a fruity aroma. When cooking, I used tinned pineapple. A little ketchup, and soy sauce. The sauce was created while cooking, Five were cooked in a sweet and tangy sauce，and the other five went in the air fryer.

Where’s the Arla Lactofree Strawberry Yogurt gone at Sainsbury’s?

Over the past few weeks, I’ve not been able to find the Arla Lactofree strawberry yogurt at my local Sainsbury’s. It seems to be out of stock. Does anyone know if this is just temporary, or has it been discontinued? Any idea if it will be back on shelves in the future? Cheers!
