I'm trying to build an ice type team, but I need help finding good pokemon that could pass as ice types

Trade disconnected before I could trade back Milotic

A few minutes ago I was traded a shiny Feebas when trying to evolve my non-shiny Feebas. I fully intended to send it back, but the trade got disconnected before I could do so. If this is your Milotic, please tell me the OT so I can confirm, and I will happily send it back to you.
