sorry if this has been asked a lot but everytime i look up shiny hunting methods i only get the sos chaining for ultra sun and moon. I only have the original. i know about skill swap/harvest trevenant but i'm not sure if thats possible in the original. im just looking for a coherent and straight forward guide because im getting a lot of mixed signals
I knew she was gunna be trouble t/ moment t/ Lass asked me to raise it for her.
Got zero experience from defeating it in battle multiple times. Had to go super ginger on it w/ my B/C class pkmn.
Only needed an Ultra ball to capture it. No way was I useN a Master ball 😆.
Had to send my Sumo type pkmn to t/ bench just to make room for Lunala and I rly liked my Sumo guy.
I just feel like Lunala is going to be a waste of space / time (pun intended) but gotta look after t/ baby right. 🙄😮💨
It just fits idk.
But no, a look from this distance is more than sufficient, thanks!
I would really like to see what everyone has in mind
Here’s a photo I took and customized lol. 😂 Enjoy! 😊
Hey guys, just wanted to show you some screenshots of my Ultra Sun gameplay so far. I never played Sun&Moon/Ultra Sun&Moon but I love it so far.
My graphics setup:
- Resolution: x8 upscaling
- HD Custom Textures
- Cheats to remove outlines and ghosting effect
- Device: Ayaneo Pocket DS (12GB RAM)

Edit:
If you are interested, you can follow this guide to enhance the graphics. Note that on android devices, lossless scaling and reshade isn’t available.
After 2.616 SRs! Don't worry, I'm not gonna fumble this navy-blue beauty.
It's the one I wanted the most too!
This took so long to shine. I really wanted it in a level ball, so I transferred one up from HeartGold Version up to gen 7. It was absolutely worth it since the colors on this pop so well with the pokeball choice. Donphan doesn't get much attention from the Pokemon company, so I thought I'd give it some attention by hunting for a shiny one.
Also, Phanpy's shiny is way more noticable than people think. It's almost a white color compared to the blue that the normal version has.
Hey fellow trainers, started a new save file a while, trying to have some fun while shiny hunting for my 2026 bingo card and playing all shiny team since start. Last week and this weekend finds:
So the Top one is defenetly better, i havent changed anything about them, im just cleaning up my box and wondering if its really necessary to have two of them? Let me know if its worth keeping both thanks🙏
For me it was my 2nd playthrough of UltraMoon with a friend who wanted to play through all the titles. He played UltraSun I wanted to see if I can beat the game only with small Pokémon without an evolution.
(i took this screenshot before going into the league and i already beat the first two Elite Four members now)
if you recognize my art, no you dont.
Just spent 4 real life hours repeatedly combing through Brooklet Hill all to get this stupid Feebas for the stupid NPC in the PKC there is no way it has a 5% spawn rate I encountered more Gyarados and Seakings (which aren’t even in the spawn pool) than I did Feebas I HATE THIS STUPID FISH
A few minutes ago I was traded a shiny Feebas when trying to evolve my non-shiny Feebas. I fully intended to send it back, but the trade got disconnected before I could do so. If this is your Milotic, please tell me the OT so I can confirm, and I will happily send it back to you.
I’ve been battling w myself a bit with these newer games (Gen 7 and onward). I’ve played all the prior ones so many times & i love that i’m familiar w all the mons, the stories, what levels your team should be at, etc. My problem is i feel like i don’t want to have to learn a bunch of new dexs, find out a good team to use and all that. I don’t live the unfamiliarity, but am i just being an idiot? Sounds like i just need to suck it up & buy one of them. That being said, should I start with Sun/Moon? My OCD tells me go in order. Convince me here guys, should I set the goal to play all the new games through? Perhaps 3 runs w/ a different starter each time for the reps? Show me your favorite teams for these games while you’re at it! Share whatever you’d like.
