MVP here definetly was Oricorio, heavily underrated Pokemon especially since you find the Acrobatics TM so early. The rest really pulled their weight too, never had them (except Mimikyu) on a team before!

I am playing through the generations using only Single Stage Pokemon, this was my final team for Y!

I was surprised by the diversity of Single Stage Pokemon available in this game! Almost 50 different Pokemon!

I knew Furfrou and Hawlucha were good but Dedenne really surprised me!

I am playing through the generations using only Single Stage Pokemon, this was my final team for Black 2!

Took a long break in the middle of the playthrough but finally got it done, Heracross is such an MVP in every one of these when it is available idk why I used it so rarely before!

[Loved Trope] Unconventional Healers in video games.

Alexei Stukov (Heroes of the Storm) - He infects allies with Healing Pathogens that he can detonate at will, causing a burst heal.

The Occultist (Darkest Dungeon) - Using eldritch magic, his heal is very luck reliant since it ranges between 0 health and basically full health. It can also apply a bleed on the recipient if you're unlucky.

Necromancers (The Elder Scrolls Online) - Usually known for summoning armies of undead and wreaking havoc, ESO Necromancers have the option to focus on healing. Sacrificing some of their own health to restore allies and summoning healing spirits.

Ana Amari (Overwatch) - She shoots her allies with darts to inject them with restorative drugs.

Some time ago I did a playthrough of a team consisting only of Gen 1 Gym Leader and Elite 4 aces!

Will definetly do the same for the Gen 2 ones and Gen 3, once Hoenn is finished.

I just think they're neat!

Funny birds!

EDIT: Some of you seem to think that I hate them? The bottom text is there for a reason, with "no one really cares about" I meant that they arent popular at large and usually only known for their gimmick.

Also, Flamigo didnt qualify because there is no gimmick attached to it. Bombirdier however, yeah you're right I should have added that one.

EDIT EDIT: I may be stupid and have completely forgot about Costar, this post is a mess lmao

I am going to combust.

Is it too much to ask for the NEW! text to go away after checking the event tab? This is messing with me so bad.

I am playing through the generations using only Single Stage Pokemon, this was my final team for Black!

It was definetly the hardest one so far. Very limited number of Pokemon but most of them were solid. Durant CARRIED the league battles.

I am playing through the generations using only Single Stage Pokemon, this was my final team for Soul Silver!

Wish I could have ended with Miltank instead of Tauros but I needed a Rock Climber for Mt. Silver.

I am playing through the generations using only Single Stage Pokemon, this was my final team in Platinum!

Definetly my hardest playthrough yet! Gotta say though, Pachirisu and Chatot surprised me with their tankiness and damage output respectively.

I am playing through the generations using only Single Stage Pokemon, this was my team in Red!

Onix has a notoriously bad reputation but honestly it did pretty well in this playthrough :3

Finished a Single Stage only playthrough a few days back, rate my team :3

It was fun using Pokemon that are often overlooked! Especially the Aipom surprised me.

My level 17 Dunsparce literally solo'd Whitney I can't believe it.

Doing a single stage only playthrough and I didnt expect to have the cleanest Whitney fight ever!

Also decided to do a starter tier list :3

I am one of those people who doesnt really dislike any Pokemon lmao

My HoF with only Gift Pokemon!

I didnt throw a single Pokeball in the entire game :3

The last two images are all the other Gift Pokemon in reserve, should be all of the obtainable ones prior to the E4.

EDIT: Forgot to make a screenshot of the 6th Pokemon in my team. It is a Venusaur/Torkoal fusion with Synthesis, Flamethrower, Shell Smash and Solar Beam.
