Ho provato a fare il seitan in casa più volte, ma quando apro il preparato per seitan la polverina puzza terribilmente. Ho pensato fosse un pacchetto scaduto ma no, 3 su 3 puzzano.
Sia seguendo le istruzioni sul pacchetto che altre ricette, la puzza resta e si sente anche nel sapore. Non sa del seitan comprato.

Dopo anni prendo il coraggio di andare da uno psichiatra per i miei problemi con ADHD, e lì scopro che dovrei prendere il ritalin ma non è vegano.
Non sembra esistere la possibilità di una versione galenica, e non vendono altri medicinali come il ritalin senza gelatina. Io vivo anche senza curare il mio ADHD, ma avrei voluto tanto poter fare cose che non riesco senza cure.

In 1982 Coronet made stop motion animated films, though I think most have been lost. I've found the little match girl, the Magic Well, and the Moonbeam Princess.
Beauty and the Beast, as well as Thumbelina, I fear have been lost
I know Kazuhiko Watanabe directed Thumbelina.
Both of those films were beautiful. Stop motion animation requires tons of time and effort, especially back then when they couldn't rely on the quick-acting technology available today.
The most I have found on these two films is on a site called Letterboxd.
I am sure there is more work by Kazuhiko Watanabe and Coronet that has been lost, and I wish they could be preserved.
I have saved the ones I did find, though they are on Youtube for now as well. I would hate for them to also be gone forever one day.
