Persona Identification and Non responsive Support
As some other posts mention, after verifying my identity it still asks me to verify my account, and support AI chat bot is non responsive. Support email says something about appeals but I've not been terminated, since I can log in and apply to more jobs. Help.

Literally no projects at all
I was onboarded 2 weeks ago and haven't encountered one single task. Or no qualifications for that matter. I know there is a drought but is this normal?
