I messed up a step in the process and was missing an egg but it came out good

I lost one of my balls, am I considered an amputee now?

so, long story short, I live in a small town that doesn't have a full on hospital but just a health center so when I randomly got testicular torsion one day I had to be taken to the hospital almost an hour away and then had surgery and because a long time had passed my right testicle got necrotic and had to be removed

I was configuring my orange pi zero 1.4 with Armbian and I deleted the DHCP config file and then added a new static IP config file and restarted but I forgot to do the chmod to it and test if the net plan recognized it.

I am accessing the board with PuTTY and I can't anymore because it won't connect to Ethernet, anyone know how to help?

This board doesn't have HDMI it only has a single USB connector and I don't know how to access it.
