Never got charged parking fees, now need to pay upfront

Hello there! I moved into an apartment 3 years ago that had an assigned parking spot for 100 dollars a month. It never occurred to me the whole time I lived here that they forgot to add the 100 to my rent so now they're asking lump sum. I already said I can't afford that (they expected me to hand that over within a couple hours?) and they said okay just come up with a payment plan that works for you. I can really only afford a 100 towards the balance every month so my rent has increased 200 overnight and that's if they allow me to only do 100 dollar payments. What can I do or say if they say the payments need to be bigger? I don't want to get evicted or lose my parking spot. I live in California.

AIO - Had a seizure at work, am now upset with how i’m being treated

hello! so for context i have a seizure disorder (not epilepsy) that causes me to have “pseudo seizures”. it presents like an epileptic seizure in some ways (body convulsions) but i always have advance warning and can put myself in a safe place before it starts.

as for the actual event, earlier this week i had a seizure at my workplace. i told another coworker (coworker A) it was going to happen and went to the back office. i told her she didn’t need to call 911 as this is a semi regular occurrence for me and i just need to ride it out. she was pretty freaked out (understandably so) and called anyway. by the time paramedics arrived i was fine but she apparently called the manager as well as another coworker (coworker B) to vent about the situation.

i had off for a few days after that but at my next shift i found out that more people knew about it than just coworker A and the manager. i’m a bit upset they’re almost gossiping about it? like it’s a medical event, it happened, we don’t need to tell the whole workplace. but whatever that’s not the main concern.

my first shift back after the event i was with coworker B. she said she was on a 6 day stretch and had wanted to go home early (has happened plenty of times and is usually fine). management wouldn’t let her as they don’t want to leave me alone now. i’ve been alone before and don’t have issue being alone again.

coworker B was angry at me (blaming me for management not letting her leave) and then later was treating me like i’m a ticking time bomb that’s going to have a seizure again at any second. for further context, the last time i had a seizure at work was at a previous job over a year ago.

so now i guess my question is, would it be overreacting for me to go above my manager to her boss or HR? they’re changing how im scheduled and discussing my medical situation with people who do not need to know it as well as treating me differently because they’re aware im disabled. i don’t want to make waves as ive been at this job less than two months but i am pretty upset at how this has been handled so far.

any input or advice is appreciated!
