I’m not lazy, but I still can’t start studying. What is wrong with me?

I genuinely want to study, but I just can’t start properly. Ani sabse worst part chai, malai thaha cha ma k wrong gardai chu, still I can’t fix it.

This problem has been with me for almost 2 years now. Mero ahileko routine every day same nai hunxaa. I go to class from around 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Room farkepachi, I eat lunch ani ekchin sutxu. Tespachi I tell myself, “Ek ghanta pachi padchu.” But somehow tyo ek ghanta whole damn day bancha.

I don’t even realize how the day pass huncha. Din bhari scroll, overthink, tired feel, ani delay matra. Then at night, when I finally keep my phone aside, mero brain le attack garna thalcha:

Why didn’t you study today?

Why are you wasting your life?

Do you even care about your future?

What will happen if you keep living like this?

The thing is, I don’t think I’m lazy. Lazy people probably don’t care, but ma chai padhna chodera sab garxuu . Every night guilt huncha. Malai consequences thaha cha. Yo routine le malai fucking up gardai cha bhanera pani thaha cha. But still, next day feri same cycle repeat huncha.

One day I kept my phone aside and tried to study seriously. But after 30 minutes, I caught myself playing with things instead of actually studying. Body book ko agadi huncha, tara mind chai kata kata.

So I just want to ask — is this only me, ki aru students lai pani yesto huncha? Do you also feel like padhna man cha, but brain le start nai garna didaina?

And if anyone has overcome this phase, please tell me how. Motivational quotes haina please, real advice chaiyo. What actually helped you escape this cycle?

Need advice: IOE/Engineering entrance prepare garum ki CEE? Also need info about Biomedical Engineering in Nepal

Hi everyone,

I am a Class 12 science student and right now I am confused about entrance preparation. My main interest is more toward engineering, especially Biomedical Engineering (BME). But I am also thinking of giving the CEE exam as a backup. CEE chai mero first priority haina, but I don’t want to ignore it completely if it can be useful.

So I need advice from seniors or experienced people:

Should I mainly prepare for IOE/engineering entrance

or should I prepare for CEE too?

If my first priority is engineering/BME, is it worth spending time on CEE preparation, or will it just distract me from IOE/PU engineering entrance?

Also, I want to know about Biomedical engineering in Nepal:

Which universities in Nepal actually teach Biomedical engineering?

Is BME only available under Purbanchal university, or aru institutions pani cha?

What is the entrance process for BME in Nepal? Is it through IOE, PU entrance, or something else?

How is the scope of BME in Nepal and abroad?

How difficult is it to get admission?

What are the job opportunities after BME in Nepal?

Basically, I want to know everything from someone experienced — seniors, current BME students, graduates, or anyone who has researched this properly.

I don’t want to choose blindly, so honest suggestions about entrance preparation, colleges, scope, future opportunities, and mistakes to avoid would be really helpful.

Guys, I need serious help because I’m honestly freaking the fuck out right now.

Mero chemistry board exam thiyo. Exam center dherai strict thiyo — one student one desk, chairs only, guards constantly roaming, CCTV pani thiyo. Basically, cheating garna almost impossible jasto environment thiyo.

Exam start huna agadi question leak bhako jasto situation thiyo, and I had a prepared solution paper of those questions with me. Same questions nai actual exam ma aayo. I know this was a stupid fucking decision, but pressure ma maile risk liye.

Exam ko around 1 hour pachi, I took out that prepared solution paper and kept it inside middle of my answer sheet. I tried to write using my hand and question paper to hide it.

I managed to write around 20 marks from that prepared solution paper and around 30 marks by myself. MCQ last ma garne plan thiyo because I thought maybe last ma friends sanga halka ask garna milcha, but guard was so strict that I couldn’t even ask one MCQ properly.

Then when I leaned a little to see MCQ, the invigilator suddenly took my answer sheet. I requested him to give me just 5 minutes, but he didn’t give it back. The scary part is: my prepared solution paper was still inside the answer sheet. In that prepared solution paper, only a few solutions were written, maybe around 8 marks worth, lekhisakeko ra aru question ko solution mero pocket ma thiyo.

Now I’m scared as hell. Will my Chemistry exam only be cancelled, or can my whole board exam get cancelled? Btw mero first time thiyo and i totally fucked up.What usually happens if a prepared solution paper is found inside the answer sheet after the paper is taken?

Please don’t just roast me. I know I fucked up badly. I just need realistic answers from people who know about NEB rules or have seen similar cases.

Hi everyone, I’m a Class 12 NEB student from Nepal. My Physics exam may not go well, and I’m worried I might fail.

If I fail Physics but later pass it through the NEB re-exam/grade increment exam, will I still be eligible to give entrance exams and get admission this year? Or will I have to wait until next year?

I’m mainly asking about entrance exams after Class 12, so please share if you know the official rule or have gone through the same situation.
