About the apartment:
- Rent: $1,485/month + utilities (water, hot water, and heat are included in the base rent; gas, electricity, and internet are extra).
- There’s a large finished basement, roughly the same size as the main floor.
- We have a private backyard with a gas grill and table - perfect for BBQs!
- A mechanical room with separate street access is available for bike storage.
- Two adorable dachshunds will greet you with lots of love!
The apartment is less than a 10-minute walk to both McCarren and McGolrick Parks, in a great neighborhood just a five-minute walk from the Nassau stop on the G train.
We’re pretty laid-back and enjoy hanging out, so we’re looking for someone who fits that vibe—someone clean, responsible, and easygoing.
