Med School Essays

Hi, I am a re-app with zero luck last year. I would love feedback or a review on my 3 essays. I feel my PS is fairly strong but I’m iffy on my other two. Any advice is helpful, I’m feeling very stuck 🥺

I’m so frustrated

I’m 1 week out. I’m working through the SB right now, I’m doing alright ~65% accurate and I know those questions are pretty hard. Also I’m definitely not expecting a 510+ definitely expecting to be in the 500-505 range. Anyways with that accuracy and when doing AAMC cars practice too I am scoring about ~75% I thought I would be breaking 500 but I am doing terrible during FLs
Today I was a little more distracted during FL5 but to get a 494??? I just don’t understand how I’m doing decent while practicing then horrible during FLs. I really just wanna cry. I’m so scared for next week

Equation sheet

Really slacked on reviewing physics. At this point I’m just becoming familiar with equations and hoping for the best. Any major equations missing from this sheet?

Do AAMC S and Q banks cover all material on the mcat?

Of course content is tested in different ways but will I pretty much see everything by going through all the AAMC material?

I have been heavily requiring some kind of fidget while studying and doing FLs and it helps me a lot (especially bc I used to pull out my eyelashes without realizing it 🫩)
I was told it’s not good to rely on a fidget bc they’re not allowed during the test, which is true, but I got the same satisfaction playing with the foam earplugs. Just playing with it on the desk while reading was very helpful, and they allowed me to get a new pair after each break.

SO use what you’re given to your advantage and fidget away!
