I know how it works

I know it takes time, project availability, skill set...etc etc. But ARE there ANY active generalist projects right now? Alignerr used to my absolute favorite platform to work on. Now, discord? dead. Projects? none. One positive I've seen lately is that the list of ALL jobs is back, unlike weeks ago when it showed me, like, 10.

no canned text please...is anyone actually working on a generalist project? I don't see how I had such a success rate with Alignerr previously with great quality and can't get on a new project...unless there are no generalist or rubrics one.

I'm away these should be ripped our and replaced but it's not in the cards right now due to higher priority projects ATM. Is there anything I can do to them to slow the crumbling? Repair them at all? Something I can do to the surface? Or just cross my fingers they don't crumble go dust while they wait their turn in the line of projects?

I see TONS of questions in Slack that are not only answered multiple times in Slack, but are also very easily accessible via instructions. Do you think they may keep an eye on this so they know who really has no idea what's going on, so that they may off-board these people later? I'm fairly new, and I swear 75% of the questions in Slack shouldn't even be being asked, but these are the people snatching up the tasks so quickly that the tasks are gone before you can blink.
