Thinking of buying a Harley

So I kind off been thinking of buying a Harley this last month and since I need an A license for most and an A2 license for some restricted or unrestricted i don’t know I’ve been indecisive about 2 I want one for mostly aesthetics and sounding and the way you drive it like really relaxed I don’t know how to describe it…like if you let go off the handholds if that’s how you say it you would like fall backwards or sum and the 2 bikes that I’m indecisive about are the street bob and the low rider s, still thinking if it’s worth it buying a used one or a new one cause the prices could vary, I’m on Europe so A2 licenses work a little differe than on USA.I can get it at age 19 so I should be able to start on the license since I’m 18 maximum power is 35KW(47bhp) Up to 0.2kW/kg of power weight the minimum engine size is 245cc gotta do these kinds of training(Compulsory Basic Training (CBT), theory test, and two-part practical test (Module 1 and Module 2)) these are the benefits of it Carry passengers, ride on motorways, no learner plates required and after having the A2 license for 2 years I can upgrade it finally to an A unrestricted. I kind off need some help in this if someone passed through this or similar I’m in Portugal btw so it could change by Europe countries? I don’t know

Is there a way to know the average time for a new battery

As the tittle says I just wanna know what are the downsides of replacing the battery that I have now(78% max health) with a new one
The one that I have now is an original battery from Apple been with the phone for 4 years now and these last few months since January it dropped from 84% max health to 78% from January to may( that’s somewhat bad but I mean the battery has 4 years used for gaming and watching videos, well everything…
The thing I wanna know is the downsides of having a battery for my iPhone that ain’t an original one and the parts that are good with it(considering I could save up like 30€ on replacing the battery with a new one that ain’t the original one would it have less power or sum
Also I think I wrote something’s in the middle of all this that don’t make sense my bad lmao

Need some suggestions cause I’m going to buy a new pc probably with most of the parts being new and it’s a high end pc so it’s gonna cost like shit I need yall suggestions if I should like wait a bit and buy a new phone or change the battery or something(I know this phone prolly has like 2-3 more years ion know how much so buying a new battery could be something to really think of)
