It's been 1 year and 8 months since ORIF of distal humerus (11 screws + 1 plate). It was a pretty long surgery (around 3.5-4 hours). The reason for this was because the arm was in a cast for 4 months prior to surgery and after it not healing well, surgery had to be done. Is it possible to play as a goalkeeper in football at this time? I was told by my surgeon 3-4 months post surgery that the arm is healed well and he was surprised with the improvements on ROM as well. I haven't done an X Ray since that time. It's worth noting that as a goalkeeper, I would have to dive a lot on sides and landing on my arm, could this cause another break in that same arm due to the plate/screws being there? I'm still not sure whether visiting the surgeon to remove the plates/screws. Any opinion would be appreciated

I bought these new condition (basically opened package but never worn) gloves and they fit really well, for some reason though on both gloves the stitches on the same spot are already being torn when I first wore them. This one shown in the picture is the worse of the two, the other one has a small hole (that one I believe can be sewn easily since it's just a small hole in the middle, nowhere near as much as this one). What would the best fix be for these so I can use them without issue.

PS: I can't really return them as I've bought them from ebay.
