I just launched TestPact — a mutual app-testing platform for Google Play developers — and I wanted to share it here because this community knows the struggle better than anyone.

My first app is a mobile card game called Triple Threat Blackjack. Getting it through Google Play's closed testing requirement was genuinely one of the hardest parts of the whole launch process — not because of the app itself, but because finding 12 people who would actually download it, opt in, and stay engaged felt almost impossible. You post everywhere, people say they'll help, and then half of them never opt in or disappear after day one.

So I built TestPact to fix that — as a public service, not a monetization play. It's free.
