Was told these were silver spoons but I didn’t have a way of testing them or doing much research in the moment. Something in me told me to get them anyways. Does anyone recognize any of these spoons or know what they’re made out of?

Received this beautiful 9/11 memorial coin! I’m reading the COA but I’m getting confused on what this coin is actually made out of. Is it a clad coin that’s plated with silver and gold? Or is it something else? I know it says, but for some reason I’m getting stumped on the actual material and not the plated material

A customer asked if id buy these from him. I didn’t want too but something told me I should. I’m not too familiar with sterling silver or how to tell if something is authentic. Are there anything worth wild?
