UK tax residency question

I am interested in hearing some experiences about the 90 day UK nights limit. Over which you become a UK resident.

I appreciate with less ties and over a certain time it can increase.

Do/can they check how many nights you have been in the UK?

A friend spoke to HMRC, the advisor mentioned it was very hard to enforce and they rely on trust. But if you went over by a few nights it is unlikely to pose an issue.

Considering ordering an Aion V. Any reviews from buyers?

I know it is very new to UK market, does anyone here have one?

I am attracted to the interior spec and the Great Eight

Youtube reviews suggest the suspension is a bit rough on UK roads but i did not find this in the test drive. Any thoughts welcome

Reserve paramedic- which is most likely to provide traveling: RAF or Army?

Good morning, there may not be a simple answer but I am keen to know if there is.

I will have a lot of spare time after leaving another role and want to choose the option that provides the most potential for traveling. Any information would be appreciated

Advice required- full thickness pectoral tear

Hello everyone, 4 weeks ago I injured my pectoral muscle whilst bench pressing. I saw the pec bunch toward the midline and then quickly go back. Very painful deep pain. No pop, no bruising. Full range of movement but weaker. I assumed a partial tear and was hoping for recovery.

I decided to get an MRI as the deformity became apparent.

Full thickness tear of the musculotendinous junction of the sternal head of the pectoralis major muscle.

During the last 4 weeks I have slowly built up the muscle and can now incline bench 50kg x 10 (smith machine). Was barbell benching 120kg x 4 before.

Surgery is very inconvenient due to work commitments and I read there is a bit of a time urgency due to the scarring.

I was wondering who here has had similar and not had the procedure, are you noticeably weaker now?

I think i can live with the deformity that is only really visible if I flex my chest

I'm not a bodybuilder. 36 years old

Any other words of wisdom welcome. Not looking for medical help, I have appt with ortho tomorrow. Looking for real life experience
