my monitor has these weird black lines is it physical? MSI G274QPX 27" 2560x1440px IPS 240Hz 1 ms [GTG]

recently, i noticed one black line at the bottom of my monitor. then it became two, and now it's a whole army of them. i tried different cables and different GPU ports, but nothing changed they're still there. since i'm not a monitor nerd, i need your help. is this a physical issue with the monitor, or is it a software problem that i don't understand? and how do i fix it if it's an software issue?

please i'm not very knowledgeable about monitors, i don't want to break the rule no.4 but i just don't know if its a physical issue or a software issue

Need a 27" color accurate monitor to pair with MSI G274QPX (artist, not gamer anymore)

Hello! after some time of being a gamer i got myself a MSI G274QPX 27" 2560x1440px IPS 240Hz 1 ms, but now i do arts more and since i switched to a screnless tablet i need something to display colors on;

im thinking of getting myself another monitor purely for colors and drawing,

Requirements:
- 27"
- 1440p or 4K
- IPS (or OLED but i have my UI always on and i like white UI, im scared of burning in images)
- Very good factory calibration / either strong sRGB or DCI-P3 (best if P3 is possible)
- Used mostly for digital art (clip studio paint/photoshop)

as im not a big monitor nerd, could you guys please help me choose the right one? 😃
