Will previously schedule vacation be honored for new hire?

I have an interview next week for an assistant store manager but before I waste our time I want to know if they will honor a vacation I have it scheduled in September. It's a trip that's been planned and paid for for nearly a year so canceling its rescheduling the trip is out of the question.
