Hi everyone,

Our Amazon ads account is now set to default to pay with Seller Account Balance (it's a recent update and I imagine is the same for most you), but Amazon also lets us switch back to credit/debit card.

My questions is, if it’s OK to use a card from another company, different from the company registered in Seller Central / Ads billing?

The invoice would still be under our amazon ads billing profile, but the card would belong to another company.

Could this cause any issue with Amazon, billing, verification, or accounting?

Has anyone done this before?

Anyone tried partial refunds?

What % do you use and what's been your experience overall?

It seems like it could save costs vs full refunds, but since there’s no return required, it’s basically an open door for abuse.
