Confused about payment amount

So I am currently somewhat behind on my chase auto payment. Basically my electric bill is due at the end of the month but my car payment is due around the same time but because of some financial issues I have had to pay late (around 20 days). I always pay more than the past due amount and enough to cover the late charges and past due amount. Is there anything negative that will come from this until I can get back on track? I know it wont be reported late until 30 days.

Edit: my current past due balance shows 0 after paying the previous past due amount and late fees. My current is higher than my next payment due.

I keep seeing people say that there is a possibility of a derecho this week. I live in MD and while I know its more likely to be out west towards Ohio the severe weather outlooks im seeing dont sound good and I am concerned.

How rare is a 15% day 7 SPC.

I checked the SPC for day 7 and it looks like the northeast where I live is already in a 15% severe risk. How rare is this and should I be worried? I remember a day 6 15% last month but not 7z

Question about collections(US)

Does anyone have experience with a payment going into collections? I got an email with a final notice regarding the payment going to collections, but I can pay in a couple days and its the last payment. How long before the end up sending it to collections and if so, is there a grace period before it gets reported to the credit bureaus? I am going to be rather annoyed if my credit score tanks because I was a few days late on a pay in 4 plan.
