Daily routine with 3 sens for a beginner

Hello, I'm new to aim training, but it's always been something I've struggled with, so I started researching how to improve it. I learned that muscle memory is kind of a myth, so I decided to try using 3 very different sensitivities (20, 40, 80 cm/360°) while training while maintaining one for R6. I'm using Aimlabs, so I tried the VDIMs, but it ended up being too long (like 3 hours if I do 2-3 runs at each sens). So I'm asking: what routine can I do to improve using this method—20 cm for 2-3 runs, then 40, and finally 80 cm? If it's suboptimal or just too overcomplicated, let me know. I just want the best and fastest way to improve my overall aim.
