Trying to identify maker's stamp

I've inherited a few pieces of jewelry lately and fallen in love with this ring. Any information about who may have made it would be appreciated as my mom can no longer tell me it's history.

Can someone draw me a brachiosaurus with goose coloring? I don’t really care if the wings are additional on the back or as the front legs? I added a bad photoshop version I made. I refuse to use AI and am not looking for an AI version. Just hoping someone would be willing to bring this weird guy to life. Thanks!

I'm living in PA and my mom just passed in TN where all of her estate was. She had a few investment accounts and her home which is paid off. I have her will which my sibling has said they won't contest because they hate paperwork. I now have the death certificate.

I'm thinking I'll have to hire a lawyer but can anyone tell me how often I'll have to travel to TN for court or other management concerns? I work in healthcare and can't leave my patients easily.

Also, I'm open to law firm recommendations for middle TN or any other beginner executer advice. TIA.
