I’m moving into this one bedroom apartment and now I don’t know where to put the bed. The windows are facing east.
I’m not sure if I should put the bed below the window or right in front of the door. It kinda feels weird. I’m trying to guess what the architects think where the bed should be when they design the building…
That’s my parents. Trying to control every second of my life. I don’t live with them anymore but this month my mom comes to visit me and she’s gonna stay at my place for a month and now three days in I’m going to explode.
She has to do something about everything I do. I made an egg for breakfast. She had to make one more. I wore a sweater. She had to put a jacket on me. I didn’t put on makeup. She said makeup’d make you look more attractive. I wanted to move to a new apartment. She had to make sure the unit have good fengshui, meaning it has to face south or east, cannot be built on a slope(which is very rare in my city, no beam in the bedroom, the name of the apartment building needs to sound lucky…yeah only one fucking place in this city she’s satisfied with
She said oh you need to look more feminine, lose some more weight, have fair skin, so you would be more popular. She said look at me, I’m 60 now, my friends all look dry and old, and I look much younger than them, because I take care of my skin. You should take care of yourself more.
She’s a successful career woman and everyone around her only praises her and admires her. Says she’s such a good mother.
Oh and she said why are you so cold to mommy?
