Can I get a mobile recharge done directly at an Airtel Store, Jio Store, or similar telecom store?

I mean a normal prepaid recharge for my phone number. Do these stores provide recharge services if I visit them in person, or do they only help with SIM-related issues and plans?

I did a 6-month beauty course before Covid and then completely lost touch with practice during the pandemic. Now I want to restart and maybe work in this field again, but honestly my confidence is low because I feel like I’m starting from zero.
