Home made pinsa is becoming an addiction in our house, it's just too good
This was a home made pinsa base and then we added taleggio cheese, different kinds of hams, tomato sauce and lightly sprayed the edges with olive oil. Baked for 20 minutes in pre-heated static oven at 180 C.
Freshly baked bread, avocado, roughly cut bacon, eggs and a sweet tomato sauce cooked with fresh tomatoes. I think it was the best brunch we ever prepared
