Tirzepatide pt. 3

oh well,
the effect is building up much more.

I still struggle with the side effects,
slightly nauseous,
but main issue is my stomach like indigestion and stomach pain but as well bowl movement.

Besides that,
I already could notice some weightloss due to my clothes, which are looser.
I haven’t weighed myself yet but will do that anytime soon and might give an update on that.

I had so far 3 shots,
soon I am having the next one.

Food noise is zero,
hunger is very swaying.
Like sometimes I feel ravenous but still lake the appetite or cannot decide what i wanna eat because nothing seems appealing.
And sometimes I don’t feel hunger at all and forget to eat over the whole day.
Very weird honestly,
not sure if that’s normal,
would be cool if someone replies who experienced similar things when it comes to hunger on tirz / glp general.

Thats all for now.
Have a nice day!

“The moon”

“The moon is beautiful, isn’t it?” a known metaphor to indirectly say “I love you.”

It tears me apart because I want to tell you exactly what I am feeling for you.

Even though this love isn’t one sided.
Even though you initiate everything.
Even though you do
And do…
And do.

Even then,
..my throat ties up.
..my body tenses up.
..my mouth runs dry, opens but no words come out.

Even then,
I stay silent with a heart burning only for you.
I stay silent with the fear.

With the fear, which makes my heart bleed…
With the fear, which feels like my stomach is twisting itself into knots…

With the fear to lose you.

Because you give..
and give..
and give.

Yet,
I take..
and take..
and take.

Yet with the fear to lose you.

And even when the fear is so large..
so gut wrenching..
so strong, that every mechanism in my body pauses..
so immense, that it makes my blood run ice cold.

so much,
that there are no words that could hold the gravity of my fear entirely.

But no matter how strong this fear might be..
How much the gravity of my fear pulls towards the urge to run away,…
to shut down..
to leave.

The fear will never be greater than the love I hold for you.

My whole body aches for you,
my heart,
my mind,
every cell in my body aches for you,
and you only.

And I pray for that day,
that one day,
where I will be sitting by your side,..
and whisper softly with certainty to you:
“The moon is beautiful, isn’t it?”

Reta

Hi,
as an small update about starting with reta.
The first full day on reta has been already different.
The effect was almost immediate as some people have already mentioned.

Like smaller portions, which kept me full for long
and the time gaps between meals got way bigger.
Like I had lunch at 2:30pm
and my next meal was at 1:30 am
so 11 h time gap.

Besides that is to mention that it was a little trouble.
I forgot the part with the glucagon, where your liver releases more glucose into your bloodstream.

For every normal / healthy person’s body reacts the pancreas with an higher amount of insulin against it.
But I am a typ 1 diabetic so I don’t produce my own insulin and have to work against that with bolus (short acting insulin).

But because I forgot about that part,
over night my blood sugar ran uncomfortably high so I had a strong migraine the whole day ‘til I understood the issue and fixed it.

In comparison to Tirz,
Reta worked almost immediately while the effect from Tirz takes some time till you notice a bigger effect in appetite and hunger.
Also for the type 1 diabetic part,
Tirz back then was a little trouble, when it came to hypoglycaemia (low sugar) because my glucose storage was emptied over time so I always tended to have low blood sugars.
For Reta I assume / hope that this might be less an issue for the future because of the glucagon part, which could be much easier to handle as a diabetic.

However,
I might give an update in a few weeks if the first couple of pounds are down and maybe in general more info to my experience on reta.

Have a nice day!

(PS: sorry that I had to take this down twice and reupload. I am still very new on reddit.)
