Thérapie clinic metrocentre review - service

Thérapie clinic metrocentre review - service

Paid for laser removal and was refused this service.

I have been a customer since 2018 and unfortunately this will be my last time using this clinic.

I booked and paid for a full laser hair removal treatment as usual, but when I attended my appointment I was refused treatment due to the ’tan’ on my legs. I was extremely disappointed, as my legs were visibly not tanned in the way suggested and I did not feel the decision reflected the actual condition of my skin. The photo attached is my legs on the way out of the appointment - no fan, no fake tan.

What concerned me most was the way this decision was made. Nobody else assessed me or was asked for a second opinion — one member of staff made the decision that I would not receive my treatment, and that was the end of it. I did not feel that the decision was properly explained or that my concerns were listened to.

I was told that the service won’t be carried out with no option to reschedule - I’ve simply lost my money.

After being a customer for many years, it is disappointing to say that this experience, along with a decline in customer service, means I will not be returning.

My advice to others is to be very careful when choosing your laser removal provider, as you may arrive for your appointment only to be refused treatment and end up wasting your money.
