This bread just poisoned me?

So I just ate this bread, with turkey that was checked and could be the problem but I’m quite certain it isn’t as I’ve had the turkey before. I’m looking at the ingredients and notice Dough Conditioner, I looked it up and some of these do have milk in them. That said it should say contains wheat and milk in the case I would think? It does not on either the front or back of the package. Any ideas what happened here?

I am trying to come out as gay.

Hi Reddit. I am (18m) and gay. I am really trying to come out to my parents, and I know they are for the most part supportive. I have only ever come out to a few people like some close friends and my brother. (And one gay guy from my school I asked out). I really am ready to come out, but I’m not sure how to go about it. I really don’t want it to be a whole big thing, but I know my parents particularly my mother will make it a big thing to some degree. That said I also don’t want my mom to keep totally quiet about it once I do come out. Part of the reason I haven’t come out to a lot of people is because I feel I should tell my parents first. I also don’t want to become the “gay son” because I think that’s just obnoxious in general.

What I am looking for is some genuine advice and or stories. I am seeking suggestions, stories, and anything you can offer. I am lucky enough to not feel in danger with my coming out, although I have a side of my family in which my mother gets particularly rilled up with when talking about politics and being gay in general. I am a bit worried about causing issues on that side of the family, but that’s also a problem for a later date. How do I come out in a way that’s not totally insane, out of place, and doesn’t overdramatize the situation. Any information is helpful!
