Boss created a competition

I have fairly recently started a job at a pub in a front of house roll and i havent worked this kind of job before and havent really worked a part time job before. The boss has made a competition by randomly splitting team members into 2 groups and whichever group gets the most 5 star reviews over the next month gets a gift card for a meal that the losing team has to serve.

The way that its framed is a compeitition between coworkers where the winning team gets to punish the losing team.

A boss forcing coworkers to compete and then punish eachother to me feels deeply wrong even though the punishment isnt very strong.

I assume this kind of thing is common in these jobs, i assume most people dont have a problem with this. I assume i am weird for thinking like this and believeing this is my boss making me punish my coworkers or them punishing me and that this feels deeply wrong.

Is there anything i can or should do with little risk of negitive consequence?

Sett vs Varus

I just played 2 games in a row against varus. the 2nd game it was litterally unplayable and idk how i am supposed to win that lane or be able to farm at a respectable level. If i hit mele minions under turret, i take damage. i obviously cannot hit casters without loosing half to 3/4 of my health. i just take mele then the wave pushes away from me and im fucked for the rest of the game. If i all in, varus beats me in a 1v1 even if he stands still. he out damages me and i cannot farm. he takes flash exhaust so even if i could all in before level 6 or level 3, he can just get away easily. I at one point in the lane i was 19-68 cs or something like that, lost a couple platings but i hadnt died.

The match before it, i roughly drew lane and had a respectable cs but thats cus i complained in all chat and the enemy varus suggests just farming and not hitting eachother. the enemy jgler ganked a few times but it was more even. Is the only way to play against varus to try and get the enemy to agree to just farm or is there a better way lol

▲ 41 r/lakers

The 2nd game was worse than the first but both games had incredible bias against the lakers, no calls on obvious fouls by okc and calls on taps against the okc. In todays day and age its impossible not to think sports betting has something to do with this. The other explanation is its good for the nba and their shareholders for the okc to be seen as a new dynasty rather than a team struggling to get passed the 4th best team in the west without their best player. To me, both seem likely. We know or there is a lot of evidence that the draft is sometimes rigged to some, especially the no.1 pick, games have been deliberatly called badly and refs have been found to have engaged in sports betting.

It seems that nba games are sometimes intentionally unfair and biased. They lead to nothing but me getting annoyed that they are when i watch them. Because of these interests, beyond political change i do not see the nba improving these things and i dont think political change is likely. If i continue to watch the league i am just going to get annoyed, be ragebaited for 3 hours and then struggle to sleep because im annoyed.
