The accident in charkhamba is rlly very concerning. The accident happened around 8-9 PM when students usually r out for a walk, going shopping, returning to their PGs after dinner or simply travelling back from college. The street is already busy, narrow and congested, yet heavy-duty vehicles are still allowed to operate through it at that time.Why r heavy vehicles even being allowed on such a crowded studentdominated stretch during peak hours?

This isn't some isolated residential lane. There r around 4 schools and 2 colleges nearby, along with 5 6 hostels and countless PGs. Thousands of students and residents use these roads every single day. Also, I’m not sure whether that road has a proper school/college sign. Traffic often moves very fast here despite the area being surrounded by educational institutions and Pgs. The law enforcement needs to be strict so that such mishap never happens again
