Possible for 2 workouts a day?

I would like to do more volume weekdays. I have two times in the day that I could do 1 hour workouts. If I could just do 2 hours all together I would so I was wondering if its possible to do two 1 hour workouts. If not I thought I would be able to just do a spin ride on the second hour in the day.

New user and cyclist

I bought an old road bike on marketplace in April so I'm a beginner. I started out around 5 hours a week not knowing anything about cycling. I would just go out ride pretty hard for all my rides. Added more training after a few weeks around 7-10 hours total. Did my first group ride found out I am really fast. A guy I met on that ride has become one of my best friends now and is the one that got me started with join. Before join I would ride 5-6 days a week each ride go harder than the last time. I then went to 6 days a week. I only started riding because of a injury from hypertrophy training and doctor told me to stop upperbody lifting till it healed. The lifting is all I knew and thought you have to push a little harder to gain which I am gaining speed. My question I guess is join has me rest more than I was before so I choose a workout on a rest day then the rest of the week changes from the workout. Well I have a group ride tomorrow and join wants me to rest after but I'm going to ride so I'm going to again choose a workout idk if it benefits me or not then join will just keep giving me a rest day when I dont want to rest and just keep going in that cycle. So if I'm choosing the workouts what is join actually doing for me? I ask my buddy he says idk how to help because he looks at my stats and doesnt understand how I can do this much work and not have hr rise or seem like im fatigued. I joined join to become faster and race within the next year. I understand this might just be word vomit but I would like some help or advice on how to have join understand where I am and adjust to me not me just picking out a workout that I can just choose on zwift.

New Flock camera

I just got home from vacation and noticed they put up a new flock camera in while I was gone. This one and another about half mile down on same street. Anyone know what the difference is with this new one? New one is the one on the left.

Early riders?

Virgin here doing it solo but having family support for the first 4 days. I am a stay at home dad so I do most of all my training early morning before wife goes to work. I was wondering if there will be other riders that leave super early 5-530am? I am not much into the party scene so I will be on my normal schedule and want to take off as early as possible. Anyone else as crazy as me or will I be alone? Also when they announce official route can I download the route to upload to my computer?

New to road bike question.

I bought old used madone 4.5 that had less than 200 miles on it not sure how true but was in good condition. My question is on wheelset I found some Giant PA-2 with Gatorskin tires not sure how many miles on tires. Was wondering if this would be an upgrade from what came on stock with the Madone 4.5. I know this bike isn't great with 25mm being the widest I can go but can't fix that so I just want to know if $100 for wheelset and tires is decent price and if an upgrade for my bike? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

New to this help please.

New to this and wanting to learn rather than bring to a shop with every little thing. Shifting skips and makes noise in some gears. Thanks in advance!
