Did anyone like me who got OL on Dec still haven't received the Onboarding date , and was it due to choosing not applicable in certification
I'm sick of waiting for onboarding. I got a new offer letter, but the people with the old offer letters are the ones onboarding right now. My friend who joins on July 29 didn't get any new OL, so I think they are finishing up the old batches first. This means our onboarding under the new letter will probably be delayed even later.
Guys many of you would have seen the new offer letter but some people are saying to wait since it is a glitch don't fill the OL what should I do I am really confused
I got OL DEC 2025 still I haven't received onboarding anyone like me

Hi everyone,
I wanted to know about the LTIMindtree Java and .NET training process and assessments.
Can anyone share:
What technical questions are usually asked?
Which topics are important for training/tests?
Are coding/programming questions asked?
What is the difficulty level of the assessments?
Important concepts or programs to prepare?
Do they focus on Java/.NET, OOPs, SQL, collections, web technologies, etc.?
If anyone has attended recently, please share your experience and preparation tips.
