1996 blazer stuck in 4 low,

I've got a 1996 blazer with the 4wd, I recently had to put my in blazer in 4 low and can't seem to get it out of 4 low. When I put press the button on the dash for 2 hi and 4 hi it just flashed, I hear a click but no change in the front differential. I found 1 vacuum leak near my master cylinder and possibly another one somewhere near the same area. Could this be my issue with it or something else. I checked the vacuum actuator and it seems like the cable was okay but no vacuum. Is there a manual way of getting it back into 2 hi just for now??

What part of the drum brake is this for a 1996 blazer

Currently buttoning up my wheel bearings and had my driver side drum brakes disassemble its self on me, the brakes in the photo came out of the drum and I can't seem to find out what it is or what it's for. Can anyone give me insight on what it could be?

I just want to here y'all's opinions on my shitbox fleet. The only broken currently is my s10. ( ignore my s10s squat, I snapped my 2 front lowering springs and had to put my original springs back in)

Can I reuse these valves?

I just pulled all of the valves from a new to me cylinder head, and I was wondering if I could reuse these valves. I was planning on replacing the valve springs and all the hardware around it. It's for my 1997 s10 with the 2.2

1996 s10 2.2 rocker arm stud

I'm looking at replacing my rocker arm studs as well as my rocker arms and push rods. Has anyone else has any luck finding the correct rocker arm studs? I can find them for the 4.3 v6 but not the 2.2l

Wheel Hub replacement for 2wd s10

I'm looking into replacing both my front wheel hubs and bearings while I do my Hombres drop spindles. But all the wheel hubs and bearings are for 4wd. Do the work the same because obviously a 4wd s10 would have an axle connected to it.

Head gasket replacement

So I'm finally getting around to getting my 1997 hombre with the 2.2l back up and running and I got my head gasket out. Im now looking for a replacement but can't seem to find a similar one. Im sure there's been a few changes in gasket design since 1997 but is there any difference from ones off rock auto/AutoZone?

97 fuel line disconnect tips?

Currently trying to get my head gasket done on my 97 Isuzu hombre with the 2.2 in it, the only thing holding me up currently is the fuel line connected to the fuel rail next to the fire wall, does anyone have any tips on how to get it off?

I just did some work on my power steering pump and changed some lines and the pulley, I took it up and down the road and it ran damn near perfectly. before I did the work it stalled out when first running and driving, the whole assembly with the mass airflow sensor and the air filter was the only thing I didn't put because I was lazy. Can I leave this off and can I put a air filter over the throttle body so I can get rid of the bulky old air filter system?
