Flavor bomb for air fried tofu

I know many on this sub do not use oil but if you do I just found a way to kick up the flavor on air fried tofu a notch. I made it the way I normally do and instead of spraying it with a light coat of olive oil I used about 2 teaspoons of the oil out of my sun dried tomatoes. 10/10 recommend.

Longevity question

Sorry if the title is confusing. I have been plant based for about a year but my family is not. They will eat many of the veggie meals that I make but also insist on meat about half of the time and which point I am cooking two meals. For those of you that are in a similar situation but have maintained your plant based diet for years how did you do it without getting frustrated and aggravated?

EDIT: Since I didn’t explain myself well enough, I choose to do all the cooking because I enjoy it and my family will eat some of the veggie dishes but they also want meat on other days.

Pasty Alfredo

Does anyone have an alfredo recipe that doesn’t start feeling pasty as it cools? I currently use a recipe that is made with cashews and almond milk. I love the taste but I don’t care for the mouthfeel especially as it cools.

Just egg

The first time I tried going plant based I didn’t care for just egg. Since tofu gives me excessive gas I decided to try just egg again this morning instead of tofu scramble and all I have to say is game changer. Just egg will be in my fridge from now on. I did add a little black salt to it.
