We discuss the community debate over Warcry sales, how Games Workshop tracks what sells for specific systems, and how pricing, warehousing, and merchandising teams likely influence production decisions.

Why aren't casual Warcry players showing up to events? I surveyed 236 players this year to find out, and one stat set the tone for everything: 64% of respondents said Warcry isn't even their main game. That casual-first mindset runs straight through the rest of the results; most people say they prefer open play, yet the events actually happening are overwhelmingly match play tournaments, and there's a real gap between how many events people plan to attend and how many they actually turn up to. This video breaks down that data, why I think the "match play" label itself might be scaring casual players off, and what I'd want Games Workshop to take from it.
