TNS Advanced Serum Smells Like Nail Polish Remover?

I just bought TNS Advanced + for the first time and it has a crazy strong chemical astringent smell kind of like acetone nail polish remover. That’s not normal is it? I bought it from Dermstore, which I think is an authorized retailer and it has a batch number and expiration date in 2028. Can anyone let me know what it’s supposed to smell like? Has mine gone bad?

I Just Got Several Trademark Infringement Notices on My Handmade Art...

So, I make bookmarks and stickers with my handmade/drawn artwork (no AI) and today I received trademark infringement notices on all of my DCC inspired artwork. I'm totally horrified (I feel pretty ill) and I'm really confused. I thought that Matt supported artists selling their work in etsy shops as long as they didn't use AI and posted their shop link in the comments (there was a post he made that I added my etsy shop to).

I work with other authors and have licensing agreements with them, so I have no problem going through the appropriate channels, but I was under the impression (from Matt's post) that for DCC, there wasn't a way to get licensed (yet), but small artists selling on sites like etsy was ok.

Extra confusing is that a couple months ago, Matt saw some of my stickers and bookmarks in a bookstore in WA. The store owner told me he liked them and he said that I should reach out to get them officially licensed (he mentioned it was free). I was given the info for his publicist and she directed me to his agent who never responded.

Does anyone know what's going on? I feel really awful and I'm not sure what the deal is with the licensing (or lack there of) now. I'm also kind of worried about my shop not being in good standing after the infringement notices. Ugh. I'm still really excited to read the new book, though. Dammit.
