[US-CA] My landlord won't stop texting me about the specifics regarding my electricity bills, which I do not pay to her. I pay the utility company directly. She's wanting to get solar for the house and my assumption is that she is doing so because she is in a hurry to reap the benefits for installing solar before time expires. I know I will never see those benefits and I really don't want any complications from changing the way the elctricity is done. I'm not really sure how to go about this.

Side note- the microwave broke and I texted her about a replacement. A year went by before she responded and ordered a new. By that time, I had already bought one.
