Hi everyone, my parcel got lost but Abercrombie doesn’t want to start an investigation. They claim their system can’t do that, while it’s never been a system thing, as a sender you always had to contact PostNL (the carrier) directly to start an investigation. In top of that at the start of the chat they lied twice that they would start an investigation, but suddenly that’s not possible? They also claim to have resend my order, which I didn’t get any confirmation of.
So my question: anyone any experience with this and how to get Abercrombie to start an investigation?
Somehow my shins started to hurt really bad, they’ve never done that before. Managed to finish the 3 minute runs and one 5 minute run, but wanted to stretch before the last 5 minute run and couldn’t even properly stand one 1 leg to stretch so decided to stop unfortunately
It was an absolutely horrible run, but I did it and I kept moving! Did this one outside, but I’m very bad at pacing so I started at a 5:30 pace while I normally have a 7:30 pace on the treadmill. So need to work on that! Excited but nervous for week 4!
Hi everyone! I went to Harry’s tour tonight and I had an amazing time! But since I’m not a huge fan and don’t listen to Harry regularly and also haven’t been to his last tour I was left with some questions.
My biggest one is: why do people go lay on the ground during fine line?
Other than that I saw a lot of things, I forgot most of them. So please tell me about your favorite tour traditions and how they came to be!
After a very slow week because of my legs hurting from the running and strength training I finally finished w2d2 today. I woke up before the heat so went outside asap to do the run! Was wearing new shoes which turned out to not be a good fit unfortunately which made the run harder. But I’ll be looking for better shoes asap!
Hopefully I’ll get on track again and do 3 runs a week
Im done with week 1 since yesterday morning, did my run even though my muscles were still aching from strength training from Friday. Went for a walk 2 hours ago and my legs hurt.
Does anyone have tips for good stretches or strength exercises to help prevent this in the future?
I’m using the Just Run app, the app suddenly said I was at the start of a 1,5 minute walk I already did. In total I did 1 extra walk and 1 extra minute run, so not that much (still wanted to finish just to get a little more training), but does this happen to others too?
Anyway, today was pretty hard, it was raining, my muscles still ache a little from strength training, but I did it!
But really need a better watch, bought one but hasn’t been send yet. My current one says I ran 1,56k while I ran 2,75 so 🤷🏻♀️

As shown in the screenshot, my e-sim should have a top-up option. Except, I can’t see it. Auto-renewal isn’t an option because I don’t need that much GB again. The help chat is completely useless, I asked for a human and they wired me to what seems like a different bot repeating the same answers or giving a wrong solution.
Has anyone has this same problem? How do I top-up?
Last year the top-up button was very clearly there and I could choose how many data to add.
Edit: after some pushing I finally got help from the support chat. I can see it when using the browser.
