I recently came across a pair of Infinity kappa 8 speakers that my dad had. the foam on the subwoofer on both of them has disintegrated. I was wondering whether I should replace them both and if I do, what should I replace them with or if I should repair them and whether that would be worth it?

I have an old poorly taken care of Infinity kappa 8 speaker and the foam of the bottom of both subwoofers is rotten and turned to dust should i just get a new subwoofer and put it in them or should I get the current subwoofers repaired which is gonna cost more and which is going to sound better.
