Tapo Care Plan

Hi everyone, I currently have Tapo care yearly 10 devices, is there a way to get 20 without another subscription? I’m monitoring two properties, one with 3 cams, one with 7 and more to come, the 7 camera property has had many crimes happen such as vandalism, and assault, so more cameras are needed but the package can’t carry them all.

Cheers!

JBL JR Pop Rubber wear

Hello everyone, I’ve had this speaker since around 2018 and the the rubber has started wearing and feels sticky and ripped in half.

What can I do to fix this? It still works fine but isn’t nice for looks and feel, the tear can be fixed with adhesive but the grippy rubber can’t, I’ve tried soapy water, wet wipes, and ChatGPT said to soak it in baking soda and vinegar, however I think it might harm the speaker and damage it.

I’d purchase another, but they don’t have a new version and ChatGPT said the new one would be just as bad.

So Reddit, please help, what can I do to fix my speaker? Or nothing? If not I’ll just hang it somewhere and potentially just risk a new one.

Thank you Reddit!

Tapo C211 Zombie State - Anyone Else?

Anyone else's cameras, especially C211, do this? It's always the one out of three that disappoints us, why do our Tapo TC70 3.0 and 5.0 just work, even through updated WiFi, C211 dies monthly.

Is this just an "Our Camera" thing? Or happening to everyone? And how do I stop it?

I cannot access the property at the moment which is a bummer, as one of the 3 main cameras went off, the C211, and I know you cannot do anything remotely.

But..

Anyone else?

Or just me??

Ignore eye mask, I censored the name for security.

TL;DR: Tapo C211 Camera keeps going offline, anyone else getting the issue? Cannot access property at the moment, and cannot restart remotely. Wonders why if Zombie states so often.
