How early is too late for engineering auto admit?
I am an auto admit and I am looking at applying within the next few weeks, however I am scared that all engineering will fill up by then. How early is too late to get in under auto admission?

I've seen things saying that essays barely matter now, (for engineering) if you are t10%. I'm around t5.6% and have good ecs, but I was just wondering how well my essays actually have to be written or if I could just submit simpler stuff without as much effort, as I am aiming to retake my SAT for my reaches.
literally everyone has it.
i was admitted to a very prestigious research program (state wide) and now the amount of chance mes and ppl i see that have research in their applications is making me think if it even adds value now to the application, or if it just puts you more into the crowd with other people than out of the crowd. it seems like every single person applying to a t20 or the colleges im applying to have this.
Does the question bank cover every type of question possible?
Basically, what the title said. I am doing this program because I like it and like the topic (astronomy base), but I'm planning to include it in my list of ECs. I also have a different program that I did this summer (very prestigious free research internship at a t10 school for my major), and I was wondering how both of them combined would really play into my application (Mech Engineering / Aerospace Engineering). Please lmk!
