Totally loving this new push to have us all look like heartless no personality robots!! No photos in the pharmacy! No signs that aren't approved by walgreens! Nothing that says "Hey we have emotions" Get ready for next month when they tell you you'll have to read by a script and if you stray from that script by even a word you'll be threatened with termination!
This might be kinda dumb but is there a way for techs to mark a delivery preference for a patient?
Personal opinion but I feel that a store manager that doesn't ever step foot in the pharmacy to help shouldn't really get a say on the pharmacy metrics when they haven't even done anything to help.
Hey everyone, I recently became an RXOM at my store and took the position with a higher pay. In the course of 2 months our store has lost our IS, Rph and our most educated senior tech. I was expecting the training for this position to teach me anything on how to do it but no it was just how to be a leader. I'm at a point where I want to leave walgreens because they don't have their shit together but I also don't know of any other place near me thats hiring at the rate I make now [$25/h]. Are there similar fields i can go into and escape this madness?
