I’m still waiting on the wheels since their coming from overseas but I got the tender finished along with the motors, I wish the front could look better and more flat it sucks there’s not a round completely flat disc I can use there
everywhere I go I see a “we’re hiring sign” so I ask them about the job they say go on the website, the website has no jobs available and itll say ask someone in person, so I go back and ask again and they say call the corporate office, they tell me to give them my Information and call back if no one responds, they don’t respond, I call back and they say they were never hiring.🤦♂️
why does pick a brick only sell the train wheels like this I only need the middle wheels and they come in packs of 3 with 2 of the bigger wheels and only 1 I need
is there a way to design a train on Bricklink and know for sure it will fit on standard LEGO tracks? surely I can design the train but can I actually make it move in Bricklink or is this not possible, I use Bricklink but I am not familiar with all its features. anything like 4 8 2 wheels or even the 4 8 8 4 I’m working on can really only be tested with my hands I can’t know for sure if it’ll make turns alright.
as of right now it makes the curve but that’s because it’s only 3 wheels once I add the 4th I’m sure it’ll get stuck so Im already planning on buying wider tracks, I had to order 476 pieces from pick a brick including the train wheels which only come in packs of 3 which is very annoying since it was $34 and unfortunately there standard pieces so it’ll take 30 days to come.
My big boy 4014 progress,thankfully someone on rebrickable posted instructions to one and man it really pays off to have all your pieces sorted however this uses such weird pieces that I don’t have or either don’t have enough of so I have to order half the pieces on pick a brick and some will take a month to come.
I have never played a waltz before and normally stick to more easy Billy Joel songs for me (she’s always a woman, you may be right, Rosalinda’s eyes) however I always played the actual piano man track which yes is a waltz but I play it with 2 hands, I am learning a version on the piano with the melody and this requires a left hand bass chord chord while the right hand plays the melody (and my mouth plays the harmonica ) multitasking am I right, I am struggling, how do I make my left hand more natural, should I even keep trying or should I learn a basic waltz before this? what do I do help
Are arm workouts using the machines equivalent to using dumbbells? say I’m using the lateral dumbbell raise machine with 30 lbs, if that equivalent to using 30lb weights and doing the workout with actual dumbbells?
Does anyone else find married with children sounding similar to a Jack johnson song? I listen to both oasis and Jack Johnson and married with children stuck out to me as a more laid back song similar to songs like banana pankcakes or better together.
