AI seo services for local clients

I run a small digital marketing agency and most of my clients are local service businesses. I tried ai seo services from a freelancer and every city page read the same. Google is smarter now. Has anyone found a service that uses AI for scale but adds real local modifiers, reviews, and service area details? I need to keep quality high or my clients will churn.

Inventory management automation to prevent FBA limits

Amazon keeps changing restock limits and I am either overstocked paying fees or understocked losing the buy box.

I track sales velocity in a Sheet, lead times from suppliers in email, and FBA inventory in Seller Central. Every Sunday I try to forecast and send shipments. It is reactive and I miss trends. I need automated POs when we hit reorder points, adjusted for seasonality and inbound shipments. What are 7 figure sellers using for inventory management automation without NetSuite?

Do plumbing-specific apps actually feel different from general contractor software?

I’ve been looking at different software options lately and I can’t tell whether plumbing-specific platforms are genuinely more useful or if they’re basically the same contractor apps with different branding. For those who’ve tried both, did you notice any real difference in day-to-day use? I’m curious whether niche tools actually make things easier or if general apps are enough for most plumbing work.

Invoice processing automation that works with email PDFs + photos?

My AP person quit and I’m drowning. We get 80+ vendor invoices monthly. Half are PDFs to email, half are phone pics from our field crew. Right now I’m downloading, renaming, entering into QuickBooks, and filing in Drive. It’s 10+ hours a week I don’t have.

I tried Nanonets but it choked on handwritten totals. Ramp’s AI is okay but doesn’t post to QBO the way we need. How are other small teams handling mixed-format invoices without hiring full-time? I just need the data in QBO + approval before payment. Not trying to implement SAP here.
