I'm a first time car buyer, with a good credit score (600-680 ) range. my ideal vehicle would be a honda cr-v or toyota. preferably an suv. I would like a car under 100,00 miles. I live in the state of md. what are the best years to search those types of vehicles? My budget is no more than $16,000.
